Soho Gothic Std

The typeface used by VisitDenmark in international marketing is Soho Gothic Std. Only its consistent application will achieve a recognisable and identity-creating typeface.

Soho Gothic Std is used for online as well as offline media, such as websites, PowerPoints, graphical elements for newsletters, magazines, brochures, advertising and banners.

Soho Gothic Std is a gothic typeface and is very neutral in appearance. Generally the most neutral and legible typefaces are those rendered in Regular and Bold. Other varieties express greater individual character and are therefore well suited for headlines in printed matter and advertising where a distinct design is an advantage.

The typefaces marked with an asterisk are available for multiple uses. All versions of the typeface can be used with complex printed matter, such as magazines, brochures and annual reports. Advertising may only feature selected typefaces.

Calibri

Calibri must be used for programs from the Office package such as Word, Excel, email signatures and letter templates. The only exception is PowerPoints, where we use Soho Gothic Std.

Calibri is a standard typeface pre-installed on all PCs and Mac computers featuring the following programmes: Windows Vista, Windows 8, Microsoft Office 2010 and Microsoft Office 2008 (Mac).
The typeface is simple and neutral and highly legible.
